- There is a small amount of paperwork that needs to be completed in advance of you taking the truck. Please bring with you a drivers license for each driver AND a proof of insurance card.
- All drivers need to be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
- For your protection and ours, insurance is required. Most insurance policies cover rentals. Please check with your agent in advance, to be sure.
- You are responsible for the $500 deductable for our insurance company should an accident occur during your move.
- Insurance does not cover theft of valuables from the truck. We provide a padlock for the back door. We will not be held responsible for any stolen items.
- We are not responsible for any damage to your items while you are using our truck.
- The truck will have a full tank of gas when you pick it up. Please retum it with a full tank of gas.
- The truck needs to stay within a 15 mile radius of Pleasant Hill, unless approved in advance.
- Please, no smoking or pets in the truck.
- The truck has a ramp and a hand cart for your use. There is also a broom. Please take a few minutes to sweep the truck out when you are done.
- Because of the extra height clearance, please do not drive through any “drive-thru” areas such as bank, fast food etc.
- The rear-view mirrors extend beyond the width of the truck. Carefully allow for that extra width when driving and parking. The mirrors will fold flat, either forward or backward. The mirrors are not adjustable from inside, so please have someone help you adjust them before driving.
- Be courteous when using our truck and operate it responsibly and have a smooth move.
